Hi all,
I'm trying to install a new ENVY 5032 printer on my mom's old PC which still runs on Windows XP and doesn't have an internet connection. I have found the driver and downloaded on a stick but when trying to install it there is an error message:
Translated in English: "HP-DQEX5.exe - Entry point not found. The entry point of the procedure "GetLogicalProcessorInformation" was not found in the DLL KERNEL32.dll. "
What can I do?
Thanks for any help!

Hi Sandytechy20,
Thanks! These are the same two files I already downloaded already in May. When I ran them on the old PC it showed the following error:
Translated in English: "HP-DQEX5.exe - Entry point not found. The entry point of the procedure "GetLogicalProcessorInformation" was not found in the DLL KERNEL32.dll. "
What can I do to fix this?
Kind regards
Roncy
