Installation of Smart Tank 675 does not work on Android and Windows 7

Hi, I tried to setup my Smart Tank 675 with WIndows 7 SP1 (should work as written on the box), with latest Android mobile phone Xiaomi 14 Tand 5 year old mobile phone Huawei P Smart 2019. All installations where canceled. I called the support twice. The remote help software did not work (!) on both mobile phones, so they could not logon to my printer. Their advice was to install with Windows 10 / 11. what I finally did. But the printer setup still did not work on Windows 7. After hours, I found out - looking into the textfiles of the installation folder - that I have to install .Net first. Then still the not so smart HPEasyStart still hang. I found a driver setup called hpbcfgap.exe in the HP-PARK-v1.9.2 package and finally it worked. So the installer is incapable of telling you what to do, as the support hotline is. Never again with HP!
