Product: ENVY 7830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When installing, the HP easy start opens a new window and that window says it can't connect to the internet.

 

I have checked the connection and I do have internet access.

 

The program allows to continue without doing whatever that page was supposed to do but the installation doesn't work.

 

The program can find the printer but installation cannot be completed.

 

HP offers no way to contact them.
