Hi.  Completely confused by your solution.  What did you print in Word?  Is that relevant?  You went to the extracted files?  Where?  Isn't that the whole problem - that they never appear or the program doesn't launch?  I have run a search for HpSetup.exe and found nothing.  Very frustrated that my printer is not listed by any of the HP support pages and that each Win 10 update keeps causing problems with software that ran fine before.

Hi! Still can't solve this. I'm trying to install LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution but installer doesn't start. Tried starting C:/.../Hpsetup.exe, but it doesn't extract there. Tried extracting it manually with 7zip - it did extract to the folder containing  HpSetup.exe, but it starts another extraction process with the same issue - no installer starting. Tried switching off Avast Antivirus, turning off Windows Defender using regedit. I made sure everything is up to date, including NET Framework, which I believe may have sth to do with it. Still no good 😞   If you have any other suggestions, please post them. I'm running out of ideas here.
