HP T540 Thin client working under Thinpro 7.2. It is detecting the USB connected HP LaserJet Pro M404dw printer, but I am unable to find any drivers in the local driver database, or via the search mechanism. I am a bit too much of a noob to know how to find appropriate PPD files for theis printer. Anyone out there have experience that might help me out?

 

Ultimately my goal is to redirect this printer into a Windows VM hosted in our Citrix environment. That will be part 2 of the challenge.

Hi,

You would need to install HPLIP and configure the printer.
