Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have HP Deskjet F2100. I'm installing the softwares and it's stuck when installing HP Solution Center at almost 100% and it's been like this for hours, without any activity.

I already did:

1. Removing all HP Devices in the Device Manager

2. Remove Print Server driver in printui.exe /s

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. 

 

I suggest you run the downloaded software in compatibilty mode:

  1. Right click on the program's shortcut, .exe file, or installation file.
  2. Click on Properties.
  3. Click on the Compatibility tab.
  4. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box.
