Need help setting up/connecting to my HP LaserJet Pro 201dw printer. Even with the printer connected to the PC by USB, no device or printer is recognized on my network or by the HP Smart app. The HP website no longer offers the printer software on the website. I have also tried to connect wirelessly, but cannot seem to figure out how to select a network or even view a list of networks to connect to. There is no touch screen display, and the menu options are limited.

 

Overall, I would be able to set up this printer regardless if I could locate the IP address, but after printing several different wireless network test, configuration, network summary reports, I cannot find the IP address anywhere. 

 

Any suggestions?

Please download and install the latest software, I do see the software available for the M201dw printer:

For any further issues, please clarify the exact Product number as listed on the label at the back of the printer:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2039298-1862169-16

 

As well, be sure to clarify your exact operating system version.
