HP Recommended

W11 and Deskjet 460.  USB.  It will print a file but churns out pages of rubbish at random.  Contains POST, GET, CONTENT, HOST, etc, etc.  Changed built-in driver but to no avail.  Printer works fine on W10 PC.  Cable swapped - no change.   Is there a fix, or is it a sales ploy?
