I understand you’re trying to install drivers for your HP Officejet J4550 All-in-One device, and I will be happy to assist you . 

Also, to better understand the issue, could you share a bit more detail:

Are you setting this up on Windows 10, Windows 11, or macOS?

 

Once I have this information, I can provide you with the correct driver link .
