Hello, I am having some issues on a brand new Lenovo laptop. It has Windows 11 Home installed. I have downloaded and tried to install the full package for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Printer at least 10 times. I was thinking maybe the driver was corrupted, but this does not seem to be the case. When do the install, it starts ok, then moves to printer discovery, finds the printer. Then I choose to proceed, it asks for the pin code, which I supply. The next screen says please wait while we install software. However the window just flashes for a split second, then sits at a blank white box, no movement, no install progress, nothing. I was successful simply adding the printer through windows and printed a test page. That worked fine. Then I thought I will just download and install the scan software portion. However the result was the same. I have been thinking about what the issue could be, and the only thing I came up with was maybe updates to the laptop. But in the thousands of printer installs I have done this has never been the case. However I am open to whatever you suggest. Thx

Try to install the next driver for your scan:
