I am trying to install an HP OfficeJet 5200 printer to my new HP laptop. The setup is asking me for the "WPS PIN".
The setup indicates this data is located on the printer but I cannot find it anywhere.
How can I get this data to procede to add this devise to my laptop?

Hi @HalMill53,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The WPS PIN is a unique 8-digit code that is used to connect your HP OfficeJet 5200 printer to your laptop using the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) method. The WPS PIN is typically located on a label on the back or bottom of your printer.
To connect your printer to your laptop using WPS, follow these steps.
- Press the WPS button on your printer. This will initiate the WPS mode.
- On your laptop, go to the wireless network settings and select the option to connect to a new wireless network.
- Choose the option to connect using the WPS method.
- Enter the 8-digit WPS PIN when prompted.
- Wait for the connection to be established between your printer and your laptop.
Once the connection has been established, you should be able to print wirelessly from your laptop to your HP OfficeJet 5200 printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
