Trying to set up new Envy Photo 6200 - all went well until printer displayed a tick and connected to our wi-fi hub, then froze on 'waiting for web services' so didn't get to displaying any IP address. Any suggestions please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try a network restore -
Step 1 Network Restore -
1) From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ).
2) Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions
Step 2 Reboot the devices -
1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5) Turn on the computer.
Step 3 Run Wireless Wizard -
1) From the printer control panel display, touch (Wireless).
2) Touch ( Settings ).
3) Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
4) Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, but I'm afraid that it took you two days to reply and I needed to get my printer up and running quicker than that. I had to get friend's son to come and help. After some hours we managed to get it working. Very disappointed with the speed of the HP support on this.
