Instant Ink Free 5 month trial not applied to account when signed up

My printer said it came with an Instant Ink Free 5 month trial, but this has not been applied to my account when signed up, it is just showing the £9.99/300 page plan as having started already. I set the printer up today, so it is the same day as the set up.

There were no promo codes in the box, but the box has the stickers on saying that it comes with 5 months instant ink.

Please could someone help with this? I do not want to lose almost £50 of printing.
