Hi, We currently have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer, on the Instant Ink programme. We have had to replace it as the LCD screen no longer works. We recently received 3 new ink cartridges which will no longer work with our new HP printer (OfficeJet Pro 8024e). I don't have a return bag for them.....and this new printer comes with 9 months Instant Ink.
In terms of installing the new printer, is it now just a case of uninstalling the present one, and installing the new one and away I go?. How will the instant ink work for the newer printer, do I just use the same log in information?
Do I get a refund for this ink, that I want to return?
Regards

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
You will not get a refund. You can send it back using the label you get with the next shipment of cartridges.
Yes you can add your new printer and remove the old one on your account. You can use the same log in information.
