I have had instant ink since 2016 and its been fine until recently when I had to replace the printer.  I have set it up with the serial number etc and the account is showing all of the correct details yet it is NOT counting the pages printed ?    Strangely I have had an alert to change the print cartridges yet my account says they are OK?

 

Can anyone throw any light on why the page prints are not recording and what does this mean?  What do I need to do to rectify this?
