I just received an email notice telling me my monthly Instant Ink rate will increase by 35%+ in less than a month. As a senior living on a pension I cannot afford such an increase. I will have to change my plan to a lower rate. Since HP is changing the contract I agreed to, thereby forcing me to register for a lesser plan, I sincerely hope and expect I will not lose my present balance of rollover pages. Please confirm. Thank you for you help.

@Tsr-s, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

Your balance rollover pages will not be affected by downgrading the plan. However, once you downgrade, you will be able to accumulate three times the number of pages in your current plan.

Hope I have answered your query.
