HP 15-r074tu Notebook PC

I am searching for the Intel driver for my system. I tried searching from websites. i got sp72369. Upon installing getting some error (This compute doesn't meet minimum requirement for installing this software.). Need the driver. Please share if anyone has it.

That driver should have worked.

 

See if manually installing the driver works.

 

Here's how to manually install the driver:

 

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the display adapters device manager category.

 

If the Intel graphics adapter is listed as such, you don't need to install a driver for it.

 

If the Intel graphics adapter needs a driver, it will be listed as a Microsoft Basic Display adapter.

 

Click on the Microsoft Basic Display adapter.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and then at the bottom of that window, select the 'Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.'

 

Click on 'Have disk,' and browse to the location the sp72369 got unpacked to which will be C:\SWSetup\sp72369\Graphics\Ki108660 (setup information file), click Next and hopefully the driver will install.

 

Then restart the PC.
