Hi @MedicReg,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are encountering an "Internal Processing Error" on your HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw when trying to enable web services, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to try and resolve the issue.

  • Restart the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.
  • Update firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the official HP website and search for your printer model to find the firmware updates. Follow the instructions provided to update the firmware, as it may help resolve any software-related issues.
  • Reset the printer: Perform a partial or semi-full reset on the printer. To do this, turn off the printer, and then hold down the right arrow button and the Cancel button simultaneously. While holding them, turn on the printer. Continue holding the buttons until the screen displays "Permanent storage init" or "Semi Full Reset." Release the buttons and allow the printer to complete the reset process. Afterward, try enabling web services again.
  • Check network connectivity: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network. Verify that the network cables are securely connected and that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You may also try connecting the printer using an Ethernet cable if possible.
  • Factory reset: If the issue persists, you can try performing a factory reset on the printer. Please note that a factory reset will erase any customized settings and return the printer to its original default settings.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
