If this device is under warranty I suggest you contact the dealer you purchased it from or create a support case at support.hp.com or provide better details about what you were trying to configure when you got this message, where the message appeared (On your monitor when connected to the EWS, on control screen of the printer or printed out). Were you configuring on a server, if so exact OS and if during driver install, what driver were you installing?

Which app are you trying to load. The error suggests that whatever server that it is trying to poll is not compatible with the settings of the app.
