Hi @Simpkin2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When the Wi-Fi light is flashing on your HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One printer, it typically indicates that the printer is not connected to a Wi-Fi network. After a power cut, it's common for the printer to lose its connection and need to be reconnected to the network.

Here’s how to troubleshoot the issue.

Restart the Printer:

  • Power off the printer, wait for a few seconds, then power it back on. This can sometimes reset the Wi-Fi connection process.

Check the Router and Wi-Fi Network:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working properly. Check other devices to confirm internet connectivity.
  • If needed, restart your router to reset the connection.

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the Wi-Fi settings and try reconnecting it to your network. If the printer has a touchscreen, you should be able to find this option under "Settings" or "Wireless".
  • Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password if prompted.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your phone or computer (if not already installed).
  • Open the app, and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your printer to the network.

Manual Wireless Setup:

  • If the steps above don't work, you can use the printer’s Wireless Setup Wizard to manually search for and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
  • On the printer, go to the Wireless Setup Wizard through the control panel, then follow the prompts to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

Check for Printer Firmware Update:

  • After reconnecting, ensure your printer's firmware is up-to-date by using the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel settings.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider resetting the network settings on the printer and trying again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you.

Unfortunately I still get 'Printer Offline' and 'Driver Unavailable'. The Envy 6020e does not have a control panel.
