HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I have the new iphone 14 pro. It won't connect with my HP printer. The printer is the envy 7155 and the wifi shows to be working fine on the phone and the printer. 

 

My airprint status is set to on. 

 

 

My old phone worked fine. What do I do?

There could be several reasons why your HP Envy 7155 printer is not connecting with your iPhone 14 Pro. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try.

 

  • Check the compatibility: Ensure that your HP Envy 7155 printer is compatible with your iPhone 14 Pro. Check if your iPhone is running on the latest version of iOS and if your printer has the latest firmware updates installed.
  • Check the connectivity: Make sure that your iPhone and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Also, check if your printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart both devices: Sometimes, restarting both the printer and your iPhone can help in resolving connectivity issues.
  • Reinstall the printer driver: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver on your iPhone. You can do this by going to the App Store and searching for the HP Smart app.
  • Reset the network settings: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the network settings on your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
