If you are concerned about that Calculus Readiness Test (CRT) application then run the Microsoft malware finder.
Scan for "Malicious" software. Generally speaking this is software that is not considered a virus or trojan. It performs unwanted functions such as downloading newer advertisements or reporting what the user is looking to buy and offering alternative suggestions. Typically free games have these apps. Note that some users consider this to be a feature.
Type MRT in the windows search bar to remove any malware.

Let me backtrack. I called HP about an issue with connecting to my printer. The person I spoke to couldn't help and said another support person would call me back. The person who called me back phoned from a number that came up on my phone as CRT. So are they connected to HP? Does CRT stand for Calculus Readiness Test? All I know is they told me the reason I couldn't connect to my printer was due to something suspicious on my laptop. I just got this laptop a month ago and it was barely used. I doubt it would have something malicious on it that soon. The people who I dealt with were super rude. They said they would charge me $150 to connect me to my printer. They kept me on the phone for over an hour. When they told me I would then have to subscribe to the app for $6 a month and then 'mistakenly' locked me out of my **bleep** account is when I told them I was done. They kept trying to keep me on the phone and told me the issue on my laptop wouldn't go away even if I bought a new printer and started from scratch. At this point, I am just going to hook up an ethernet cable and print out old school. It just felt very scammy and now I'm scared THEY implanted something on my laptop. If someone can confirm they are connected to HP, I will rest a little easier. I kept trying to call back and ask if they were connected to HP and they kept hanging up.
