Product: hp psc 1200 series all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was recently scammed by www.hp-printer.com/support.

They disconnected by computer from my printer and I cannot get it reconnected.

Is HP Print and Scan Doctor legitimate and would it help me solve my problem?

The website you posted is NOT HP.

HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP:

 

The Doctor can troubleshoot and fix several issues -- like any program, it has limitations.

 

 

Full Feature Software for your printer:

Full Feature Software V14.0.304.5 W8-W10

 

  1. IF the printer is connected to the computer via USB, disconnect the cable before installing the software.
  2. Download, save, and install the software.
  3. When the installation is complete, Restart the computer and log in.
