Is Officejet Pro L7555 compatible with Windows 11?

I upgraded my computer to a new Windows 11 PC and am looking to use my old printer (Officejet Pro L7555). I have used the HP Print & Scan Doctor and drivers can't seem to be installed. Is my old printer just not compatible with Windows 11?

If it is, how do I get it hooked up and running?

Sorry, no your older printer is not supported in Windows 11.

(At this writing) > The printer is supported in Windows 10 using the Windows Built-in Print Driver.

The printer is not supported in Windows 11.

Yeah, but - answer is unacceptable.

1) Find / wait for someone who offers a driver from a private collection that might work with Windows 10 and possibly with Windows 11

The obvious warnings apply - stay vigilant and be careful of downloading and installing software (or anything) from an unknown source.

2)  Without expectation of success, try installing the Windows Print Drivers.

It seems that HP dumped support of the L7500 series on November 1, 2022.  Yet another reason to never buy another HP product ever again. HP - a once great company that has sadly gone down the toilet. 😞
