HP Recommended

I have an Officejet HP 4215 Officejet connected by USB to my new M4 iMac running Sequoia 15.1.1 and though I was able to add the printer, and jobs appear to be going to it, it shows nothing in the queue and nothing actually prints. I also can't check supply levels. I tried printing from a web page and also from a PDF.

Hi @DougEd 

1. Install the next printer software for Mac:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

2.  Then Add printer following steps from the next video:

>> >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLNJAgwXV30&ab_channel=DustyPorter

* Click YES   to say thank you,
