Thanks for the reply.
I have no problem installing the printer with HP Smart. The problem is HP Smart doesn't offer an App for this printer when you configure it, as I got using an Intel laptop (Spectre-I7). Then i don't have a SmartPrint device on my Laptop.
I suspect the Omnibook X having a SnapDragon processor, the normal app for HP4100 may not be compatible with this different release of Win 11.
I was using Smart Print device to print across separate networks. Smart was finding my printer even when I was not connected by WIFI to the Printer's network.
Thanks for trying to help.

Hey @Bernard3,
Thank you for your response
Thanks for the clarification! It seems like the main issue here is that you're not able to access the Smart Print functionality on your Omnibook X, which worked fine with your Intel laptop.
Reinstall HP Smart:
If you're running the latest version and still facing the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart on the Omnibook X. A fresh install could help with any compatibility or configuration issues.
As a temporary workaround, you might try manually configuring the printer as a network printer. On your Omnibook X, you can go into Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners, and add your printer by selecting the "Add a printer or scanner" option, then choosing the printer when it appears on the list (if connected to the same network).
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only):
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix common printing issues.
I hope this helps.
