Hi Team,
I recently purchased a Surface Laptop 7 with an ARM Snapdragon processor, and I am facing an issue with installing my HP printer, the HP Color LaserJet CP5520 Series. The printer is installed on the print server, and I attempted to install it on this laptop, but it’s not working.
After researching on Google, I found that the HP Smart Universal Driver supports ARM devices. So, I downloaded and installed the HP Smart Universal Printing Driver for Windows V4 (ARM64-bit) 4.08.1.3348.
Once installed, I manually entered the printer’s IP address and added the printer. I then tried a test print, and the laptop app shows that the document was printed. However, when I check the printer, nothing has printed. The print queue on the system shows the document as successfully printed, but the printer itself doesn’t output anything.
Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue?
