Hi, Recently ended my subscription with HP Instant Ink on May 1. First time I tried to print since then, cannot print. Got message saying "The indicated cartridges cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink",

How do I undo this so I can print without being tied to their Instant Ink system ?

@PLJinAZ, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

The cartridges you received through HP Instant Ink are subscription-based and only work while your Instant Ink subscription is active. Since you canceled your subscription on May 1, those Instant Ink cartridges have been disabled and can no longer be used for printing.

To continue printing, you'll need to remove the Instant Ink cartridges from your printer and replace them with standard HP ink cartridges. Once you install regular (non-Instant Ink) cartridges, your printer will work as usual.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
