Dear Sir or Madam,
I am experiencing the following issue with a device: SN: [personal info removed] (OfficeJet 200 Mobile).
The WLAN and Wi-Fi Direct functions can no longer be activated, and the device indicates that they have been disabled.
Using the HP Smart App, I attempted to adjust the settings in the web interface. While I was able to change the administrator password successfully, all changes except for the wireless settings are saved.
Is there a way to reset the device to factory settings? A reset option is not available in the printer's menu.
