I am trying to set up Instant Ink, and I'm at the stage where I have been requested to get the printer code. When I press the ePrint icon on the printer, nothing happens. I've tried turning off and on the printer and same thing. I've also used the IP address to try and source the printer code. When I click "Print Info Page," the page does not print. A window opens that says "this may take several minutes" and I wait, but the page never prints. I have tried this multiple times and it's not working. Can anyone help? Thank you!
