HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

I am installing the Webscan software and am running into a problem with the HP page asking about a survey.  Here's a picture of what's showing up:

There is no indication as to what is to go into this blue box.  It only allows one letter to be input.  Cannot proceed beyond this screen without entering something in this box.  HELP!!!!!  What a hassle!!!

Hi @Borbs

Probably this is asking for a Postal Code to input in that box:

You can try to leave it blank and the click Continue button.

* Click YES   to say thank you,

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

Best regards,

ferRX.

Thank you for responding.  I really appreciate someone reading my tale of woe.

This is a logical suggestion but there are two issues:  the box is not labeled (where is printer located?) and will not allow more than one character into the field.  I cannot click on the continue as it is not activated.  So, I would say it's a glitch in the program that is impacts when using a mac desktop.  This is what I can see.
