I’m trying to set up this printer and I can’t get past the finish the setup option. It is connected to the WiFi. When I access it through the website, I see all of the printer information. How do I convince the app that it can connect directly with the printer? And yes, I have restarted both the router and printer. I’ve tried on both my iPhone and iPad.

I understand you are not able to setup the printer on the iOS devices. Have you tried reinstalling the HP Smart app?
Make sure the iOS devices are up to date.
For assistance on first-time printer setup, click here.
If the issue persists, use the AirPrint option to print. Refer to - HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for iPhone, iPad)
