I’m having trouble setting up the printer head it connected but it’s saying the printer head  appears to be missing not detected or incorrectly installed

Hi @Keishap 

if you have an Officejet printer model you may need to check the printhead inside the printer.

 

1. Open front door.

2.  Move the latch up on the carriage.

3. Then move the printhead left and right for 5 seconds, then move the latch down to secure printhead.

4.  Restart your printer, turn OFF, wait 10 seconds, then Turn ON and check if the issue is solved.
