H1 @GoncaloF,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for the update! If you're trying to log in to the HP Smart app on Windows 11 and it's rejecting your printer's PIN, here’s what might be going wrong and how to fix it:
Where to Find the Correct PIN
Option 1: Check the Printer Label
- Look for a sticker on the back or bottom of the printer.
- It may say Wi-Fi Direct PIN or WPS PIN.
Option 2: Print a Network Configuration Page
- On the printer, go to:
- Settings > Network Setup > Print Network Configuration Page
- Look for Wi-Fi Direct or WPS PIN on the printout.
Option 3: Display PIN on Printer Screen
- If your printer has a screen:
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi Protected Setup > PIN
- It will display an 8-digit PIN to enter in the HP Smart app.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
