Help me get rid of jetadvantage before I go out of my mind.  I despise this.

@Crabbygrandma, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

You may uninstall this software from the computer.

  1. Select Start, then select Settings  > Apps > Apps & features. Or just click the shortcut link at the bottom of this article.

  2. Select the app you want to remove, and then select Uninstall.

Select the Start button, then select Settings  > Devices > Printers & scanners.

Delete the Jet advantage entry.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
