Product: Deskjet plus 4130

I already have a hip plan but printer stopped working so today I have purchase the printer stated above. On account page it lets me add a new printer but then keeps asking me for a code. I cannot set my existing plan on my new printer.

I would like to help

 

You need to enable Web Services on the new printer to get the Claim Code

 

Please refer to page 75 in the User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06611086.pdf

 

Also refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04754134 for help in enrolling the new printer in Instant Ink
