I keep getting this error message whenever I try to either sign in, print, or scan. “Something went wrong, sorry for the inconvenience please exit setup”. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

I don't know what to do at this point. HP Smart has always been annoying. It just deletes my printer every so often and I have to set it up again. Also, I've had the "Something went wrong" issue every time I've tried to sign into my account (at least my Instant Ink account) for MONTHS. So today I have to set my printer up for the hiundredth time, and now I can't sign into my HP account to make it work. "Something went wrong". I am so fed up with the horrible support for these issues. This has gone for MONTHS!
I have loved HP products forever, and I have been a very good and loyal customer but I don't see ever buying one again. FIX THESE ISSUES, **bleep** IT!
