I have a HP notebook and have a Canon MG3200 series all in one printer. I've had the notebook about 3 years and the printer over a year. All was working fine until about a month ago, I guess some update I was told.( I have Windows 10 Home )But nothing on the laptop was working. Took an hour to get online to finally get it to restore or whatever but I lost all my applications and had to reinstall. Now I can install the printer and it does show on the laptop as the default and all my apps do show I can use it but when I hit print it gives some kind of error mainly specific driver invalid. The printer does show it is online and I have tried it wireless and hard wired up. I'm pretty good with fixing puter problems but this is driving me nuts.. I have tried all the suggestions on hp website and most other help websites and nothing has worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this %#@ printer so many times I am about to give it up. Oh I also have tried every driver that is on Canon website and have installed them in a few different ways and also have the disc but none work. HELP

Hi,
I suggest checking with Canon, they are more familiar with their software capabilities, limitation, and any possible resolution:

Hope that helps,

t spent 2 and a half hours on phone with Canon and we tried everything and the printer works fine using my phone app and the scanner works using the phone app and on my laptop. Its just the printer. They said it cant be the driver because if it was the scanner would not scan either. They said it had to be a HP/Windows problem. so I'm back to posting here. I will cal HP I guess and see what they say.
