I am trying to use the setup wizard in my envy 5540 printer to type in my new password for my new router, but the printer keyboard does not work properly. I have no 90 button nor do I have the backup button. they just do not work. All other keys function. whaqt can I do?

You can try the WPS method or use the HP Smart App to connect the printer to the new router. Refer to the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change for detailed instructions.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
