That error code 59.99 means that main engine inside printer has a failure require service.

Kode kesalahan 59.99 tersebut berarti bahwa mesin utama di dalam printer mengalami kegagalan sehingga perlu diservis.

You need to take printer to Service Center for check and Repair the printer.
