Hi,

Please delete HP Easy Start if it exists on your downloads folder, then download and follow below version:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/ASU/HP_Easy_St...

 

If it may fail to install, from the top HP Easy Start menu select Preferences and then open the Log file location, please send me the log file via a private message to better understand what can be tried next.
