Hi @Natsdad46,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to print labels onto A6 self-adhesive sheets with your HP ENVY 6022e, follow these steps:

1. Check Label Settings

  • Make sure you are using the right size paper in the print settings for your A6 label (148 x 105 mm).
  • Ensure that the label sheets are properly loaded in the printer’s paper tray, and oriented correctly.

2. Set the Paper Size in Windows 11

  • Open the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP ENVY 6022e printer and select Printer Properties.
  • In the Advanced tab, click on Printing Defaults.
  • Under the Paper/Quality tab, set the paper size to A6.
  • If A6 is not listed, select Custom Paper Size and manually set the dimensions to 148 x 105 mm.

3. Adjust in the Printing Application

  • Open the document you want to print (e.g., in Word, Adobe PDF, or a label design program).
  • In the print menu, choose Printer Properties or Preferences.
  • Ensure the paper size is set to A6.
  • If necessary, adjust margins and content placement to ensure everything fits correctly on the label.

4. Check Label Type

  • If you are using software specifically for designing labels, such as Avery Design & Print, ensure the label template matches your label size (A6).
  • Some label sheets have predefined templates, so ensure the product number matches the design template in the software.

5. Test Print

  • Run a test print on regular paper first to check the alignment before using your self-adhesive labels.
  • Once satisfied with the layout and print quality, load the self-adhesive labels and print again.

  • Be sure to check that your labels are not too thick for the printer and are correctly aligned in the paper tray.
  • For continuous label printing, avoid using labels designed for manual cutting unless your printer is capable of handling that. Always follow the recommended paper guides for label printing.

If you’re still facing issues, it might help to check for any printer driver or firmware updates that could enhance compatibility with specialized paper types like labels.
