Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Laser Jet Printer.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Restart setup process using HP Smart

    Open the HP Smart app. Click Add Printer or to find your printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer. If you are unable to complete the setup, restart the HP Smart app, and then try again.
