Laser MFP 135w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

after latest firmware update (V3.82.01.11) my Laser MFP 135w printer is showing "Incompatible Toner Cartridge".

Printer was purchased few days ago, cartridge is original HP 106A. Before firmware update, printer was able to print regularly.

I'm in Serbia, Europe, and this country was selected at first start after unboxing.

Seems like regional settings were somehow reset after firmware update, I have no other ideas.

Can someone from HP support help me with this problem and assist with setting up printer for correct region?

Regards,

Predrag

We need to perform an NVRAM reset to fix this issue. However, the steps to perform an NVRAM  reset are confidential and specific to your printer. I will be sending you a private message please watch your inbox for more information.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
