Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have installed the M480 on my main computer, by network connection no issues. But, when I try to install on on any other system in my house network, the computers will see the M480 and seem to install, but then I get the error, "Driver Is Unavailable". I have tried all the fixes on the forum, but no luck. I have uninstalled and then installed again, same issue. I see on some other forums to reinstall or update the driver. The strange issue is that the printer does not how up in Device Manager. I assume due to the no driver found. Any ideas?

Thank you,

JR

Are you connecting directly via IP address? I suggest you download the HP Universal Print Driver and manually install the printer.
