HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28a Printer

Hi, I have this exact same problem: 

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Laserjet-MFP-M28A-reset/...

 

My printer is identified as LaserJet 3020 instead of LaserJet Pro MFP M28a.

 

It apparently requires remote access to fix the issue.

Can I please talk to HP support ?

Terrible service after sales at HP.

Their software proposed to upgrade the firmware and then the printer does not work anymore and there is no solution!!!
