I have a problem instaling printer over network.
I have followed HP Smart procedure, printer connected to the same network my computers are. At the last step, it redirected me to Windows, where the printer was found after several attempts (it was not seen at first) and is now added to Windows.
However, I am not able to print on it (documents get into the queue and stay there, printer is reported as ready in Windows), while HP Smart can not see the printer (it is reported as offline).
I have tried all I can and HP support was not helpful at all - in fact, I can say that HP has one of the worst tech support experiences I have ever experienced for an IT/tech product.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m130-series/9365370/m...
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
