Hi,

 

I have a new laptop with Windows 11 and tried to install my laserjet mfp m26a on the new laptop. The printer installs and is recognised by the laptop but it won't print, not even a test page. The scanning function works fine. When I have used HP Smart it says that the printer status is unknown with a yellow warning triangle. I have installed the recommended drivers but still no dice.
