I've had this printer for a couple of years and was always great. Now it goes offline constantly and I can only print by unplugging and replugging in the printer. Nothing changed in the setup or network settings. I've done the following:

Removed and reinstalled printer

Reinstalled drivers

Assigned Static IP address

Reset network configuration and settings.

Tried fixing with HP Smart app - Couldn't fix it.

I spoke with HP tech and the agent told me it was an issue with the sleep function and that I simply needed to extend the time to over 10 minutes. I tried this and it did nothing. The printer is offline regardless of which one of three different computers is trying to print. I've spent hours on this with no solution. Please help!

I also just tried running HP Print and Scan Doctor from the PC on my mac. It seemed to install new drivers. The printer was online for an hour or so and then went offline again. So the same problem persists.
