Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I tried to install HP drivers on my LaserJet P1109w printer, I get a message that says: "extraction failed. Cannot delete output file."  How do I handle this? I am trying to install it on an HP  Desktop PC -6QLUPOV, which I just bought online from HP.

Hi,

Please browse to C: and delete the LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution folder.

Now, try launching the installation again and check for any difference.

If no installation screen appears, browse to C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution and double-click HpSetup.exe
